This renovation was developed to meet the primary need to <\/span>improve indoor living comfort<\/b> and at the same time make the property suitable for use as a <\/span>hybrid<\/b>, both in the <\/span>business<\/b> and for <\/span>personal rest<\/b>. The intervention was based on a careful analysis of the initial conditions of the building, with the aim of solving the existing critical issues through advanced architectural and plant solutions capable of restoring functionality, quality and aesthetic value.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Flooring, wall coverings and ceilings<\/b> entirely covered with beige velvet adhesive carpet;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • High-temperature floor heating system.<\/b>, no longer compatible with current efficiency standards;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Exposed electrical installations<\/b>, which do not comply with current safety regulations;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Poorly positioned kitchen<\/b>, with a floor plan development that compromised the usability of the living area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]The intervention began with the <\/span>complete removal of the existing coatings<\/b> and the <\/span>complete scraping of the wall surfaces<\/b>. At the same time, the implementation of the <\/span>plant tracks<\/b> within the perimeter walls, necessary for new electrical and plumbing distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Subsequently, the following processes were implemented:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Installation of anti-impact acoustic mantle.<\/b>, to reduce noise transmission between different rooms and floors;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Laying of new wood-effect porcelain stoneware flooring.<\/b>, size 25×150 cm, brand <\/span>MARAZZI<\/span><\/i>, on the entire surface of the property;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delineation of the kitchen area<\/b> through the use of <\/span>multicolored hexagonal tiles<\/b> set into the wooden flooring, to visually define the spaces without the use of wall dividers;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bathroom area<\/b> finished with a wood-effect stoneware<\/b> floor, juxtaposed with stone-effect porcelain<\/b> tile, consistent with the property’s original materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

To solve this critical issue, a solution with high scenic impact was designed: <\/span><\/p>\n

      • Custom-made LED channels.<\/b>, shaped in the workshop to figuratively represent “lightning bolts,” inspired by a stormy day.<\/span>
        \n<\/span>This solution gave the environment a <\/span>contemporary and dynamic character<\/b>, transforming a technical limitation into an element of visual identity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In addition, the following were installed <\/span>inserts and plates from the BTicino Living Now line.<\/b>, recognizable by its <\/span>essential and innovative design<\/b>, consistent with the minimalist and technical aesthetics of the intervention.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space]

        • The choice of an all-electrical system, combined with the quality of insulation and new finishes, significantly improved the apartment’s overall energy efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

In order to comply with current legislation, action was taken with a <\/span>technical-design furniture solution<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Insertion of <\/span>Full-width cabinets with a height of 2.00 meters.<\/b>, used to subdivide functional spaces and meet regulatory requirements without resorting to fixed walls.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
